This handbook may be updated as the business evolves and as processes improve or change. We want the information in here to reflect how we actually work, rather than sit still while the business moves forward.

Any updates will be communicated so staff are aware. Changes will be shared via email and the latest version will always be available in the Rotacloud document pack for reference. Older versions will be replaced so there is only one current version at any time.

We encourage questions if anything is unclear or if you feel a section could be improved. A handbook is most useful when it is understood and relevant, not when it is assumed or ignored. If you’re unsure about something, please ask.
