Samples may only be taken from the sample rail once they have been placed there by the production team. These pieces are usually faulty, prototypes, unreleased or items that have not been approved for sale. They should not be resold or gifted externally, as the intention is personal use and internal reference only.
Archive and defective stock may be recycled at management discretion. This is not guaranteed and should not be assumed to be available for personal use. If you are interested in an item or if something catches your eye, please check with a manager first so expectations are clear and nothing goes missing that is still needed.
We ask that people use common sense with samples and archive pieces, especially around unreleased products or collaborations. These items often carry licensor, partner or campaign restrictions, and it is important that nothing is shown or shared publicly until the brand has released it.
Staff receive 50% off online pricing, which can also be shared with family while employed. This perk exists for personal enjoyment and not for resale or commercial use. Please do not buy stock in bulk for events, pop-ups or other third-party selling without prior approval.
An annual £300 clothing allowance is issued in November. To use this, email [email protected] with the items and sizes you’d like and it will be arranged for you. Allowances must be used within the allocated year and cannot be rolled into the next year.
