Delivery drivers and third-party visitors should be treated with respect, and we expect the same in return. If you are the person answering to a courier, please make sure the parcel is handed to the warehouse team or delivered directly to the recipient so nothing goes missing or left unattended.

If a situation with a delivery driver becomes uncomfortable, confrontational or inappropriate, raise it with a manager so we can address it properly. No one should feel pressured, spoken to aggressively, or made uncomfortable while carrying out their role. Managers will take responsibility for speaking to couriers or their companies if needed.

If you choose to have personal items delivered to the building, please let the warehouse team know in advance so they are aware it is expected and doesn’t get confused with stock, samples or business deliveries. Personal deliveries should be reasonable and not interfere with work or warehouse operations.
