We ask employees to communicate openly, respect confidentiality, manage their time responsibly and contribute to a supportive working environment. We work best when people keep each other informed, raise questions early and share context rather than leaving others guessing.
Shared spaces, tools and equipment should be treated with care. This includes keeping areas tidy, respecting other people’s work and returning tools or items to where they belong once finished. When spaces are looked after, everyone benefits and work flows more smoothly.
We value a positive atmosphere and want people to feel comfortable at work. This doesn’t mean everyone has to agree all the time, but it does mean treating colleagues with respect, listening properly and avoiding behaviour that disrupts, undermines or excludes others.
If something feels off, unclear or frustrating, we encourage people to talk about it rather than letting it build up. Most issues are easier to sort when they’re raised early and approached calmly. Managers are there to support these conversations if needed.
Looking after the building and the environment we work in is part of the job for everyone. Whether that’s putting packaging in the right place, not leaving drinks on samples or making sure equipment is switched off when not in use, small actions add up and make a big difference day to day.
